Magnolia Festival
Honoring the heritage of Durant, also known as the “City of Magnolias,” the annual Magnolia Festival of Oklahoma features games and festivities perfect for a fun-filled family weekend. Held annually since 1997, the Magnolia Festival takes place the weekend following Memorial Day each year, the 2024 Festival will be held May 30 - June 1, at Choctaw Event Center - 3702 Choctaw Rd, Durant, OK 74701.
Outside of the Event Center, ride the Ferris wheel and enjoy a wide array of carnival rides, games, yummy fair food, and a stunning fireworks display on opening night. Head inside the Event Center to peruse the craft and food booths, exhibitor displays, and the Texoma Arts Association Art Show & Sale. The Event Center will also include around-the-clock, free, family-friendly entertainment.
The Magnolia Festival also hosts a variety of other activities happening throughout the community including the Magnolia Farmers Market and the Magnolia 5K & Fun Run in Downtown Durant, Veterans' Reception, and more. Be sure not to miss the live music at the Choctaw Casino on Friday and Saturday nights of the festival.
With a wide variety of events, entertainment, activities, food, and exhibitions, the Magnolia Festival of Oklahoma is a guaranteed fun-filled weekend for visitors of all ages.
