Position: Plump'd Injectables and Beauty Bar Receptionist 

Position Summary: We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a part-time basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our providers.

Position Duties: As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Plump'd. Duties include offering administrative support for Plump'd Providers and Clients. You will welcome guests and greet people via phone and in person. You will also coordinate front-desk activities with clients and providers (i.e. taking appointments, checking in clients, confirming/rescheduling clients, checking clients out through our Point of Sale software). This is also a customer service role and the receptionist is expected to have a pleasant personality. You should also be able to deal with multiple situations in a timely and effective manner. This role may require working part-time and/or in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the store
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (i.e. pricing sheets, business cards, promo items)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
  • Update calendars and schedule appointments
  • Efficiently check-out clients through Point of Sale database and reconcile transactions
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Position Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency with desktop and mobile data entry applications
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
